Course information
This workshop will introduce the University鈥檚 new reading list system which should be used for all modules that require a reading list. The session will take you聽through using the system step-by-step and will cover:聽
- Support available from the Library聽聽
- How to create a new list or edit an existing list聽
- Adding sections and resources to your list and the best way to annotate the list or indicate level of importance assigned to each reading
- Requesting scans or items not currently held in the Library聽
- Publishing your list.聽
Library staff will also be on hand immediately after the session if you want to continue working on your list or have questions specific to your module.聽聽
This workshop will take place in the Teaching Room on Level 1 of the Main Library, North Street.
Aims and objectives
By the end of this workshop you should:聽
- Know how you and your student should access reading lists聽
- Be confident in using the key features of the system and feel well prepared to start working on your list for 2025/6 modules.
